Nothing works. I scan my page and no matter what it takes me to Revelation. I have no reading plans available and cannot type anything in manually.

On the 365 bible in year plan.. the exodus link is not valid to the study page. Thanks Fantastic app.. btw

Tries all the options including password reset. Keeps saying error occurred.

When I tried to scan a page of my bible where it supposed to open my camera - I got a black screen and it won’t scan the icon on top of the page

The Audio Bible selected does not always stay selected. After closing and reopening the app, the narrator may be back to the default voice instead of the one chosen, so tapping Listen in a reading plan plays the wrong voice. Choosing an Audio Bible again in the Audio Bible settings gets it working for that session, but the choice may not be kept the next time you open the app.

I am trying to scan in my new NLT Filament Bible and it will not scan it. All my other scanned just fine. Help please

Music videos won’t play. They did last week. Trouble shooing methods all tried without success. Says “An error has occurred. Please try again.” Please fix!!

Page scanning fails when the iPad is in landscape orientation. The camera opens but won't recognize a page number. Rotating to portrait with the camera at the top scans immediately, and rotating back to landscape continues to work. Workaround: rotate to portrait, scan, then return to landscape. Note: QR code scanning for initial Edition setup does function.

When you open the app, any media/music you’re playing will suddenly stop playing (YouTube, Spotify, YT music, etc.)

When a VPN is turned on, parts of the app do not load properly. For example, the audio Bible may not play, images may not appear, or a screen may come up blank. Turning the VPN off, or pausing it, gets things working again. VPN(s) in question: NordVPN, Mullvad VPN, Express VPN Temporary Workaround: disable VPN
