Won’t scan getting a black screen

When I tried to scan a page of my bible where it supposed to open my camera - I got a black screen and it won’t scan the icon on top of the page

    Thanks for reporting this! A couple of things worth trying first: if you have a VPN enabled, turn it off and try scanning again, that clears this for some users.
