One thing worth ruling out first is a VPN, which can block the worship videos from loading. On your iPad, open Settings and head into Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.
If anything is connected, switch it off. Close and reopen Filament.
If it's still not playing after that, post a screenshot of the error here and we'll keep digging!

This is only happening with the Worship Initiative songs, the videos and picture graphics work great. I’ve checked and there is no VPN or blocker set.
